How this preset reads — the engineering view.
Pixel pitch is the number that decides both the cabinet math and the viewing geometry. The same pitch sets the optimal viewing band for video content at roughly 2.8-5.7 m (pitch x 1.0 to pitch x 2.0) — closer than that and individual pixels start to resolve; further out, the image reads soft against its native detail.
At 1500 nits, this cabinet is built for controlled indoor environments — studio floors, broadcast sets and virtual-production volumes with managed lighting, not sunlit or high-glare rooms. Both-side serviceability and a rental, both-service profile suit fast load-in/strike cycles where technicians need front or rear module access without dismantling a truss or set piece. Native 1760 x 1056 (~1.9 MP) sits comfortably above HD and is enough resolution headroom for a 5 x 3 m broadcast backdrop viewed by camera and in-room talent alike.

What this preset deliberately does not solve
- Cabinet count assumes a flat rectangular wall — curved or cornered configurations change the grid math.
- Native resolution is a fixed function of pitch and cabinet count; it does not adjust for processor scaling or content aspect ratio.
- Viewing-distance band is a general video-content guideline, not a substitute for an on-site sightline survey.
How this preset differs from its siblings
