Approximately seventy per cent of our reference work — luxury private residences, government and defence-track engagements, hospitality clients with brand-protection clauses, and several large industrial deployments — sits behind contractual confidentiality. We will speak to you about that work in a meeting, under appropriate circumstances. We will not publish photographs of it on a website without permission we have not been asked to seek.
The projects below are the ones we are free to discuss in some detail. Each shows a different dimension of the practice — a different sector, a different scale, a different mix of disciplines. Read them as a calibration of what we mean when we say premium, what we deliver when we say turnkey, and what we hand over when we say documented.
Every reference project has a written commissioning report, a documented test plan, an as-built drawing pack, an offline configuration baseline and a named accountable engineer on AMC. We will provide any of those, redacted as necessary, on request.
