We are a small, deliberately-grown practice. People who join us tend to stay — many of our engineers have been here for a decade. The work is technical, the standard is high and the brief from the founders is the same one we hold ourselves to: do work you would be proud to put your name on.

Four commitments we make to anyone who joins.

We hire for taste before tools
We can teach Rako programming. We cannot teach what 'restraint' means in a finished room. We hire engineers who already know the difference, then train them on whichever platform the market needs.

Documentation is the work
Every engineer is expected to write — design notes, commissioning reports, AMC handover packs, client-facing documentation. If you cannot write a clear paragraph, you cannot work here.

Mentorship is the calendar
Every junior engineer is paired with a senior engineer for the first eighteen months. Continuing-education hours — CEDIA, AVIXA, vendor-specific — are scheduled and supported. We invest in our people deliberately, not by accident.

Respect for the architect, the client and the trade
We are guests on every site. We arrive on time, we coordinate cleanly, we leave the workplace tidier than we found it. The people we work with should want to work with us again.

Senior Automation Engineer
Lead Rako, Fibaro and KNX automation programming for high-end residential and hospitality projects across the North-East. Five plus years of practical programming experience required; CEDIA designation preferred but trainable for the right candidate.
