1 · Acceptance

By accessing technoguru.in (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to the website and its content; commercial engagements with TechnoGuru are governed by the separate, signed contract that applies to that engagement.

2 · Intellectual property

All content on this Site — copy, photography, illustrations, code, layout, design system, animations, JSON-LD schemas, the brand identity and the wordmark — is the intellectual property of TechnoGuru (TechnoGuru) or its licensors, and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may share links to individual pages of the Site for personal or non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, train AI models on, or otherwise exploit Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Where explicit permission is granted, attribution is required.

Brand names, product names and logos of third-party manufacturers (Rako, Fibaro, KNX, AMX, JBL Professional, K-array, Sony, Cisco, Honeywell, Bosch, Vertiv, etc.) are the property of those manufacturers. Our references are editorial and descriptive, used to identify the systems we specify, supply, install or integrate for project work.

3 · Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate, up to date and complete. Specifications, brand availability, pricing where indicated, regulatory references and project details may change without notice. The Site is offered for orientation; binding commercial information will appear in a written quote, contract or commissioning report — not on the website.

Project information presented on the Site is illustrative. Where project clients are named, that disclosure has been made with their consent. Where photographs are presented, they are either of TechnoGuru's actual project work or are clearly identifiable as illustrative imagery.

4 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Submit forms or data with the intent of overwhelming, defrauding, deceiving or impersonating.
• Scrape, crawl or extract Site content at scale beyond the standard Googlebot / Bingbot indexing pattern, without prior written consent.
• Train any machine-learning model on Site content without prior written consent.

5 · Linking to and from the Site

You may link to public pages of the Site from your own website provided the link is not framed within your own UI in a way that misleads visitors as to source, and provided you are not associating us with content or activities we do not endorse. The Site links to external manufacturer and partner pages; we are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

6 · No warranty & limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechnoGuru makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's content, availability, fitness for purpose, freedom from defects or freedom from interruption. Our liability for any damage arising from use of the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

Liability under any commercial engagement with TechnoGuru is governed by the separate, signed contract that applies to that engagement; nothing in these website terms varies the contractual liability under any project, AMC or supply agreement.

7 · Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati, Assam. For projects undertaken outside India, separate jurisdiction provisions in the project contract will apply to disputes arising from that engagement.

8 · Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices change or when applicable law evolves. The version and date at the top of the document indicate the current version. Continued use of the Site following a substantive update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
