From our 4th-floor office at Sureka Square, South Sarania, Lachit Nagar, we have delivered over 500 systems projects across Guwahati, the wider North-East and the Indian sub-continent — and we are extending the practice into the GCC through pilot engagements in 2026. Our reference work in the city ranges from private residences in Hatigaon, Bharalumukh and other Guwahati residential pockets through corporate fit-outs along GS Road and Six Mile, hospitality projects in Khanapara and Jorabat, hospital and clinical work across Bhangagarh and Maligaon, educational campuses in Jalukbari, and government deployments across Dispur, the secretariat zone and the Assam Police modernisation programme.

The Lachit Nagar office holds the practice's full engineering bench. Our Rako, Fibaro and KNX automation programmers, our JBL Professional and K-array cinema commissioners, our Honeywell and Bosch addressable-fire engineers, our Honeywell and Bosch VMS architects, our Cisco and HPE Aruba network designers, our Vertiv and Delta power consultants — all are based here. The same address holds the spare-parts pool, the test bench, the calibration equipment, the project-archive and the offline configuration baselines for every active deployment we maintain.

Site visits in Guwahati are typically scheduled within forty-eight hours of enquiry. Our project teams can reach Tezpur, Nalbari, Nagaon and most of central Assam within a half-day; the wider North-East is reachable within a working day. AMC response within the Guwahati metropolitan area averages under four working hours, and our spares-on-hand policy means most failures are recoverable in the same site visit. Critical-system clients on premium AMC contracts have on-call access twenty-four hours a day.

Guwahati is also where the Studio is being built: A working showroom — opening by end of Q3 2026 in Lachit Nagar. The planned reference cinema, Rako-Fibaro-KNX living scene, Microsoft Teams Rooms boardroom, Honeywell Pro-Watch command desk, lighting atelier and power room will be opened for appointment-led walkthroughs only after the experience centre is ready.

Our Guwahati practice acts as the engineering hub for every project — including our cross-border work in Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and the planned GCC expansion. Drawings and shop-drawings flow from Guwahati overnight; commissioning and AMC are coordinated through scheduled rotations of our Guwahati engineering team to the project site.
