01 / Sectors10 continuing practices

Where the work
actually goes.

We deliver to the standard the sector demands — NABH for hospitals, NEP-2020 for schools, hospitality-grade for hotels, NBC and NFPA for life-safety. Every sector below is a continuing practice with referenceable installations.

Premium residence interior — smart-home keypad, considered lighting, drapery.

A note on context

A discipline is what we engineer; a sector is the context we engineer it inside. A camera is a camera until it is mounted in an operating theatre — at which point the brief, the codes, the cabling and the cause-and-effect become a different practice altogether.

02 / Continuing practices

Practised,
not aspirational.

The pages below are the contexts the practice lives in. Each is held against the standard the building actually has to clear — the regulator, the auditor, the operator, the architect’s intent, the family’s daily life.

We have grouped continuing practices, not aspirational categories. Every sector here has a referenceable installation and a named project lead who has worked inside it. A discipline runs across all of them; a sector decides which of those disciplines matter most on any given day.

· The same discipline, eight contexts

A boardroom and a guest-room are not the same room.

What changes from sector to sector is rarely the technology — it is the brief, the codes, and the operating team waiting on the other side of handover.

04 / Standards

We engineer to the
code the building has to clear
— not the brochure default.

NBC 2016, IS 2189, NFPA 72, NABH, ASHRAE, TIA-942, HTM 08-03, EN 54-16, IS 16102-2, NEP-2020 — the specific standard depends on the sector. The discipline of documenting against the right one, in writing, does not.

05 / Begin

Tell us about
the building.

Sector context shapes every recommendation. Send the brief, the standard the building has to clear, and the operating team that will inherit the system after handover.
