This is not a quotation tool. It does not return prices. It returns the scope you would build with us — so the conversation about price has a defensible structure beneath it.
What the specification starter is for
A structured scope outline per discipline, suitable for an early-stage RFP, an architect's design pack, an internal stakeholder briefing or an AMC-with-scope handover. It draws on the deployments we deliver, the standards we cite, and the failure modes we have observed.
When to use
When you are scoping a serious project and need a defensible structure before the first conversation with vendors or contractors.
When not to use
As a substitute for a site-specific scope of work. Each project has its own context that bends the checklist.
