Service governance
accountability across vendor boundaries.

Single-point accountability for integration seams; documented escalation; vendor coordination owned by the integrator.

Accountability model
Single-point ownership of integration seams
Vendor coordination
Integrator-led, not FM-led
Escalation discipline
Published path, named responders, target SLAs

Service governance is the contractual layer that makes multi-vendor integration sustainable. Every seam in a multi-vendor building can be a place where vendors disclaim responsibility — the camera vendor says the network is the problem, the network vendor says the camera is the problem, the integrator says it's both. Without a documented accountability layer, the FM team becomes the vendor coordinator by default.

We accept single-point accountability for the integrations we deliver. The AMC contract documents the seams and assigns ownership. The incident process routes seam-related issues to us. We coordinate with the vendors. The FM team manages the building; we manage the seams. The pattern works because it is contractual, documented and tested. Where the FM team needs to escalate, the escalation path is published with named responders and target response times.
