· Engineering  /   Simulation surfaces

First-principles simulation, restrained.

Four engineering simulation surfaces — UPS holdover, Wi-Fi coverage, CCTV geometry and fire evacuation flow. Each surface is small, mathematically grounded and explainable; we publish the model, not just the output. Used by architects, consultants and operations teams in early planning.

· Method

How the surfaces are built.

Every surface starts with a published model — VRLA / LFP discharge curves, indoor RF attenuation tables, ONVIF sensor geometry, NBC evacuation widths — and exposes the inputs that change the answer. The reader can change a number and see the consequence in seconds; the model is not a black box.

  • 01 · First-principles The math is the source of truth. We don't fit curves to anecdotes.
  • 02 · Conservative Derate defaults follow manufacturer worst-case — the simulation is a planning aid, not a final commissioning calibration.
  • 03 · Explainable Every number on the output ties back to a known input. No hidden constants.
  • 04 · Linked to corpus Each surface points to the deployment archetypes and topology patterns where it has been used in real projects.
