Sharjah — UAE's cultural capital, served as part of our planned UAE practice with engineering coordination from our Guwahati office.
Sharjah's distinct cultural identity — UNESCO-recognised heritage, the country's most extensive museum and arts cluster, a deep base of educational institutions, and a residential market that values architectural craft over spectacle — makes it a market our practice is well-suited to serve. We are extending our work into the emirate as part of the wider UAE engagement, supported from our Guwahati engineering bench.
The cultural-institution and educational work that Sharjah specialises in is some of the most demanding systems-integration work in any market. Acoustic envelopes for concert halls and lecture theatres, calibrated AV for permanent installations, surveillance and access-control specifications matched to artefact-protection requirements, fire-detection cause-and-effect matrices written to a standard the Civil Defence audit will accept. Our practice's reference book in similar work across India equips us for these briefs.
Procurement, engineering and project management run from Guwahati; site teams rotate to Sharjah during commissioning windows and for AMC mobilisation. As the project pipeline grows, an in-emirate spares pool will follow.
