Riyadh — a market we are opening into through Vision-2030-aligned residential, hospitality and institutional engagements, supported from our Guwahati engineering bench.
Saudi Arabia's transformation under Vision 2030 is producing systems-integration commissions at a scale and pace few other markets can match. From Riyadh's premium residential compounds in Diplomatic Quarter, Hittin, Al Nakheel and Al Sahafa, through the Kingdom's hospitality cluster around the Riyadh Front and KAFD, to the institutional and government build-out that the Vision is funding, we see a clear path for the kind of engineering practice we have spent sixteen years building. We do not yet hold a registered presence in the Kingdom; we are entering through pilot engagements introduced by architects, developers and owners who value the discipline our work in India has been built around.
What our practice brings to a Riyadh project is the same standard our Indian commissions are held to. Architecture-first design — we open every brief with the architect's drawings, not a vendor catalogue. In-house programming — Rako, Fibaro, AMX, KNX, Honeywell BMS and the rest are programmed by engineers in our Guwahati office, not outsourced to a vendor's partner network. Documented commissioning — every system handed over with a written test plan, calibration report, panel and rack labelling schedule and an operations manual written for the people who will actually use the system. Single accountable hand — when automation, AV, security, BMS, IT and life-safety cross paths, the seams between them become our problem rather than yours.
Cross-border logistics through Saudi customs are coordinated by our procurement team in Guwahati. Site supervision is delivered through scheduled rotations during commissioning windows. We are willing to fly in for a serious first walkthrough at our cost; the on-the-ground footprint in the Kingdom will follow the engagement book that justifies it.
Riyadh's institutional work — the cultural-arts venues, the education campuses, the healthcare and hospitality projects emerging from the giga-project pipeline — is some of the most demanding systems-integration work in any market. Acoustic envelopes for performing-arts venues. Surveillance and access control to clearance-grade specifications. Cinema rooms within hotel-suite footprints. BMS supporting LEED Gold-and-better certification targets. Each of those is part of our practice's existing reference book; bringing them to the Kingdom is the next chapter we are writing.
If you are an architect, developer, hospitality operator, institutional client or owner with a project in Riyadh and you want a systems-integration practice that will engage the brief seriously, deliver to a documented standard, and stand behind the work for the system's full lifecycle — write to us. We respond within two working days and fly in for a first walkthrough.
