Muscat — a market TechnoGuru is opening to through luxury residential and hospitality pilot engagements, supported from our Guwahati engineering bench.
Oman's distinct architectural language — limestone, walnut, traditional courtyard plans married to contemporary detailing — produces some of the most considered residential projects in any market. Muscat's premium villa work in Al Mouj, Shati Al Qurum, Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos and the corniche cluster, plus the country's coastal hospitality flagships from Musandam to Salalah, represent work we are open to taking on. The Sultanate's quiet emphasis on craft over spectacle aligns with the discipline our Indian practice has been built around.
We do not yet hold a registered presence in Oman. The work we extend into the country is supported from our Guwahati engineering office, with project rotations to Muscat during design walkthroughs, commissioning and AMC mobilisation. As the engagement book matures, a more permanent in-region footprint will follow — but the way our practice has grown over sixteen years has been deliberate, and we will not open offices ahead of the work that justifies them.
What Muscat-grade residential work asks of an integration practice: a willingness to coordinate with the architect's stone-and-walnut interior detail rather than impose a vendor-default keypad face on it; cinema rooms specified to reference chains that retain musicality at low listening levels; lighting designed for the tunable-white discipline that traditional Omani interiors reward; AMC operating on the timescales the country's operational rhythm prefers. Our reference work in Indian and Bhutanese palace-and-villa briefs equips us for that conversation.
Cross-border procurement and customs are handled by our Guwahati team. Vendor logistics route through Sultan Qaboos Port and Muscat International Airport with approved local freight providers. The brand stack we deploy in Oman is selected by project fit, availability and client requirements — Rako, Fibaro and AMX for automation; Honeywell and Bosch for fire and security; Cisco and HPE Aruba for networking; Sennheiser, AKG and Shure for AV; reference cinema chains where the brief asks for them.
If you are an architect, interior designer, developer or owner with a project in Muscat — or anywhere in the Sultanate — write to us. We respond within two working days and fly in for a first walkthrough at our own cost. The first project is a beginning; the relationship is the rest of it.
