Doha's premium residential clusters — The Pearl, West Bay Lagoon, Lusail, Onaiza, Al Dafna — and the city's hospitality, cultural-institution and educational cluster form a market we are extending the practice into through carefully-chosen pilot work. Engineering remains based in our Guwahati office. Drawings, shop-drawings, configuration files, calibration baselines and AMC documentation are all generated and held in Guwahati; site teams travel to Doha for design walkthroughs, commissioning and AMC mobilisation on a project-led schedule. As the engagement book grows, a more permanent in-region presence will follow — we have built the practice on principle, not on territorial expansion targets.

Qatar's cultural-institution work is some of the most demanding AV and life-safety work in any market. Acoustic envelopes for concert halls and recital spaces. Calibrated AV chains for permanent gallery installations. Surveillance and access-control specifications matched to ICOM-grade artefact protection. Cross-border procurement and customs are coordinated by our team in Guwahati. Vendor logistics through Hamad Port and Hamad International Airport are coordinated with approved Qatari freight providers.
