IT Executive
About the Role
The IT Executive will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of networking infrastructure, IT assets, and ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Smart Classroom products, LAN, and AV solutions. The role is well suited to candidates who are technically curious, customer-focused, and looking to build a long-term career in IT and ELV systems integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage networking equipment from D-Link, Cisco, Allied Telesis, and similar OEM products.
- Perform IP configuration, network maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets across projects.
- Deploy and support CCTV solutions, Access Control systems, LAN structures, Smart Classroom products, and AV solutions at client sites.
- Provide hands-on Linux administration where required.
- Coordinate with project teams, follow agreed timelines, and submit timely reports to authority.
- Train and mentor junior team members and subordinates with patience and clarity.
- Travel to client sites within and outside Guwahati as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong people-management skills, professional conduct, and a collaborative team attitude.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking products from major OEMs (D-Link, Cisco, Allied Telesis, etc.).
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, AV, LAN, and Smart Classroom solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and to teach others.
- Willingness to travel.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Sales Manager – ELV Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager with 5–10 years of experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in IT Networking, Audio-Visual systems, and Fire Alarm & Hydrant systems, and will be responsible for driving business development across both government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in ELV solutions covering IT, AV, Fire Alarm, and Hydrant systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and departments.
- Handle liaisoning with government authorities, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Engage with interior designers, architects, and consultants to generate project leads in Home Audio-Video and Home Automation.
- Participate in tendering processes, including preparation and submission of bids.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including:
- IT Networking & Infrastructure
- Audio-Visual (AV) Solutions
- Fire Alarm & Fire Hydrant Systems
- Proven experience in government projects and institutional sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) platform – an added advantage.
- Exposure to tendering, BOQ preparation, and project costing.
- Technical aptitude to align solutions with customer requirements.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Office Assistant
About the Role
The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organised office environment, supporting staff with day-to-day tasks, and ensuring smooth operations across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials.
- Manage office supplies and report when stock runs low.
- Run banking and courier-related errands as required.
- Support staff with minor tasks as instructed.
