How we approach multi-system project delivery.
This is the delivery view of integrated systems work — how a turnkey contract actually runs once it is awarded. One project manager owns one master schedule, not a committee of vendors. We sequence the trades so each lands in the right order — containment and back-boxes before finishes, cabling before devices, integration before commissioning — and hold the programme so a slip in one discipline does not cascade into the rest. Procurement, import-clearance and on-site supervision sit under the same accountable hand, which is what stops a multi-discipline build from fragmenting into finger-pointing at handover.
Every turnkey engagement closes on signed-off acceptance against a written test plan, not a calendar date — measurable criteria per discipline (channel certification on cabling, cause-and-effect verification on fire and ELV, STI and RT60 in AV rooms, energy-baseline capture on BMS), a single snag tracker the architect and client can see, and a documentation pack the operations team can run without us. On cultural-infrastructure work in the North-East — among them Town Hall Auditorium, Dimapur and Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima — this single-point structure is what holds the architectural intent intact while many disciplines do the engineering, subject to drawings, AHJ/consultant review and project scope.

- Awarding disciplines to separate vendors with no integration owner, so the interfaces between systems belong to nobody.
- Sequencing finishes before containment and back-boxes, so every low-voltage system arrives as surface conduit on a finished wall.
- Accepting handover on a calendar date instead of a written test plan with measurable criteria per discipline.
- Leaving documentation and training to the end as a formality, so the operations team runs the building by calling the contractor.
- Changing scope by conversation instead of written change orders, so the final account becomes a dispute.

Where the disciplines genuinely interlock, turnkey almost always pays back through reduced coordination friction and single-point accountability.
What does turnkey cover on an auditorium or cultural-infrastructure project?
On auditorium and cultural-infrastructure projects, turnkey scope can span audio, video, IT, acoustics, fire hydrant, fire alarm and fire extinguisher works where applicable to project scope, HVAC, stage furnishing, stage and step lighting, controlled/dimmable indoor lighting and auditorium seating — with BOQ/design coordination and interior planning/design coordination where required by the auditorium scope. The scope is not limited to supply or installation: it spans planning, design and BOQ coordination, integration, commissioning, documentation and handover, with single-point accountability from requirement to handover. What does 'turnkey' actually mean?
A single contract with a single accountable contractor for the entire integrated systems stack. Instead of separate vendors for AV, security, fire, BMS and IT — each with their own scope gaps and finger-pointing — one party owns design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. The seams between disciplines become our problem, not yours.

Do you handle import procurement and customs clearance?
Yes. Many of our reference brands ship internationally. We handle import documentation, customs clearance, GST compliance, and last-mile freight under our active IEC. The same discipline carries forward into the planned GCC engagements with on-the-ground supervision through scheduled rotations.
How is handover documented?
Every turnkey project hands over with a documentation pack: as-built drawings, rack and patch labelling schedules, controller configuration files, calibration reports, software-licence registers, AMC enrolment, escalation contact list, and an operations manual written for the people who will actually use the system — not the auditor. Both printed and digital.
What's your approach to coordinating with the architect, MEP and interior designer?
We open every project with a coordination meeting and then work to a published shop-drawing release schedule. Cabling pathways, panel locations, riser routing and acoustic envelopes are agreed against the architect's drawings before anything is procured. We attend design and MEP coordination meetings throughout, and we route every change request through a written change-order process.
